The password is the first measure of your security. It is better to change
it regularly and not to tell it to anyone.
When you decide to change your password, choose the option "Change
password" from "My Profile" page. Write the
old password and then the new one. Click on the button 
Next time you log in, don't forget to use the new password.
Advices for the security of password
It would be better not to:
• use your real name as password, no matter how you write it.
• use any personal information that may identify you.
• use a password formed only by numbers or letters.
• use the same password for all your accounts on different systems.
• tell the password to anyone.
It would be better to:
• use a password with a length of at least six characters
• use a password formed by numbers and letters.
• use an easy to remember password.
• use a password that you can quickly type.
• change your password regularly.
