Registration:
How do I register myself?
Registration is fast and simple. You just have to fill in the registration form with the requested information: username, email address, birth date. Then, you will have to answer to a questionnaire. The answers will appear in your personal profile. Don't waste time! Register now!

My personal details are confidential?
Your privacy is very important to us. You can be sure that we will not reveal your personal details to anyone, for any reason, except when the law obliges us.

Do I have to register in order to use the services of this site?
No, it is not necessary. You can use simple search to browse some of the existent profiles. You have to register if you want to use the advanced options of our service.

What parts of the registration form must be filled in?
All information requested at the registration must be filled in. Your privacy is very important to us. We assure you that we will not reveal any of these personal information to any third parties.

Mailbox:
How do I read a message from my Mailbox?
From the main menu, choose "Mailbox" and you will see all received messages. The new ones are marked by the following symbol . If you click on the symbol or on the subject, you will read the body of the message.

What happens when I click on the name of a user who has sent me a message?
If you click on a user name, you will see his/her profile page. It is a good idea to read that user's profile. This way, you will know better who has sent you the message.

How do I delete a message?
If you want to delete a message, mark the check box next to it and then click on the icon .

How do I block a user to send me messages?
If you don't want to receive any more mesages from a user, click on the icon . That user will no longer be able to sent you messages. If you want to entirely block the access of that user to your profile, click on the icon .

How do I add a photo to my profile?

How do I view my private photos?
If you have private photos in your profile, you will notice that in "My Profile" page, right below the main photo there is an icon Click on the icon and you will see the photos. You can also do that if you choose "Photos" option from the main menu and then choose "My private photos" option.

I cannot edit my answers to the questionnaire. Why?
After you modified the answer, don't forget to click on the icon .

How do I change my password and the other parameters associated to my account?
From "My profile" page choose "Change password". From this page you can also:
- modify or complete your answers to the questionnaire
- add a photo to your profile
- change your email address

Access according to the user type:

How long is the access period for "boboc" users and what do I have to do to become "veteran" user?
The free access period for "boboc" users is of days. To become a "veteran" user, you must add a photo to your profile, complete all questionnaire.

I cannot see other users photos anymore. Why?
If you see other users profiles without photo, your days of photo access has expired. If you want to extend this period, add a photo to your profile.

Do I have a limited number of messages as a "boboc" user? What kind of messages are included?
For "boboc" users, the number of messages is limited to messages/day. This number includes new sent messages and answers to the received ones. If you become a "veteran" user, you will no longer have this limit.

Match:

In the matching list I see a matching percent next to a user, but when I browse his/her profile I see a different percent. Why?
If you choose the simple match, the percent is calculated based on the first 5 questions (obligatory for "boboc" users). The moment you browse that user's profile, if both of you have a complete profile, the percent is calculated based on all answers to the questionnaire.

Communities:

What are the communities?
The communities are like virtual rooms which allow members to split in certain categories. For more information, click here.

How is my Master status affected in different communities?
Users status is not affected when they navigate between communitites. A Master user will have access to the same options in all communities he subscribed to.

If I am a Master member, do I have free access in all communities?
No, because the user's status and the access to a certain community are two different things. In order to have access to another community, a Master user must follow all steps and all necessary requests.

Can I unsubscribe from a paid community to automatically subscribe to another community?
No, this option is not available.

What happens if I am a Temporary member, I have paid the access to a community, my test period has expired and I haven't became Veteran member?
In this case, you will have to decide if you will become a member of this site. As a member (Veteran or Master) you have unlimited access to the site in the community you have subscribed to. The access in one community represents only the right to enter that community.
