General rules about the use of chat service
The access to the chat service is available to the following types of users:
- veteran
- master
When you login to the chat service, you use the name of your aman2 account. We advise you not to reveal any personal information on the lobby. They will be accessible to all users on the chat. If you want to reveal such information, it is better to user private conversations or the mailbox.
From the chat login window, you can choose one of the existent chat rooms, according to your preferences. Haven't you found a suitable chat room? Propose a new chat room. The default chat rooms appear with black characters. The chat rooms you propose appear with blue characters and are online as long as they have visitors. They automatically disappear when the last visitor leaves. The default chat rooms disappear only when we decide to remove or replace them.
When you create a new chat room, you can choose private option. In this case, you will become the administrator of that room. You can eliminate users from the room (Kick option), deny their acces (Ban option) or assign operator rights to other users (Mod option). The other users will have access in your room only if you invite them.
The chat window is splitted in 4 areas:
1. In the up side of the window, there are the following buttons:
- "Iesire" - click on this button to exit from the chat;
- "Start/Stop" - click on this button to start or stop the scroll of messages from the lobby;
- "Ajutor" - click on this button to read the help pages about the chat;
- "Info" - this button allows you to see the profiles of the other users from the chat room. Choose a user name from the list and click on the button Info to see his/her profile.
In the up side of the window you can also see some funny icons. Click on each icon to send it to other user.
2. From the down side of the chat window you can change the color of your user name and also of your messages. Right above the colors, you can type your messages. Select this area with the mouse, type the message and click on Trimite. If you change your mind about sending a message, click on Sterge to delete it.
3. In the left side of the window there is the lobby. Here you can see the messages of all users.
4. In the right side of the window you can see two options: "Useri" and "Camere". Click on "Useri" to see the complete list of the users from the room. You can send them private messages if you double click on the user name. The private conversations is one-to-one. Only you and the other user can see the messages.
Below the list of users you have Ignora button. Click on this button to eliminate messages from a certain user. If you click on a user name and then click Ignora, you will no longer see the messages from him/her. Click again on the user name and on the Ignora button to see that user's messages again.
Click on "Camere" to see the complete list of available chat rooms. Choose one of them an see who are the users online. If you don't like this room, choose another. Right next to each chat room name there is a number between brackets. This number shows you how many users are in that room at the moment.
All HTML tags are forbiden on this chat.
If you don't have a proper behaviour, your access on this chat will be denied.
