You must be at least 18 years old to sign up and to use the services of this site. The access to this service is not allowed to people who are not 18 years old.

We recommend you to read this Agreement very carefully. It settles the terms and conditions for using the services of aman2.ro.

If you subscribe and agree to the terms and conditions of present Agreement, you must respect these conditions during all period of membership. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not register and do not use aman2.ro services.

We reserve the right to modify at any moment:

• the terms and conditions of this Agreement
• the layout, the options and the content of this site
• the value of subscribtion rates

You will be notified about any changes on the site or by email, according to our decision.

All users who continue to use this service after they have been notified about the changes, automatically agree to follow the new terms and conditions.

We recommend you to read this Agreement regularly so that you can be informed about the last changes.

REGISTRATION. If you want to become a member, you must fill in a registration form. It contains obligatory personal information. This information must be real and complete. You will have to modify this information whenever necessary. If the information you supply is false or incomplete, we reserve the right to end this Agreement and interdict your access on the site.

At registration, we ask for enough information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old. By becoming a member, you sustain and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old. Anyway, we cannot be sure that all members respect the age limit. We are not responsible for the minors who don't respect this Agreement and use this service.

THE ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD. In the registration form, you will be asked to choose a user name. We have the right to refuse any user name that:

• may create confusion;
• may offend in any way a person, group or other entity.

You can cancel your account at any moment and for any reason, but you have to notify Customer Support Service about your intention. Also, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access for any reason with or without prior notice. All paid rates will not be returned.

Your account is personalized and secured by password. After registration, the password will be sent by email at the email address you wrote in the registration form. If the address is false, you will not receive the password and you will not have access to your account.
You should not tell the password to anyone and not allow other people to use your account. You also agree not to give or sell the access to your account.

You are the only person responsible for the security of your account and password and also for any activity of your account. If you do not trust the safety of your account, it is better to change the password and let us know about your decision.

Each user is allowed to have only one account on this site. If we discover that you have more accounts, we reserve the right to delete them or even deny your access on the site.

ONLINE BEHAVIOUR. By becoming a member, you agree that:

• You are directly and uniquely responsible for the information sent through your account.
• You will not introduce on the site or send to other users obscene, offending, agressive, discriminatory, threatened, illegal materials or any other materials that violates in any way the rights of the parts involved.
• You will use our service according to this Agreement.
• You will not include in your profile: phone numbers, addresses, names, email addresses, obscene information or confidential information about you or other people.
• You will not introduce on the site photos containing naked people, confidential information or photos with copyright. Customer Support Service reserves the right to reject any photo that is not according to the rules.
• You will not use the site for advertising.
• You will not have more than one account on aman2.ro. If we discover that you have more accounts, we reserve the right to remove them.
• You will not suggest that any information introduced by you come from us without our prior agreement.
• You will not collect and keep any information about other users, no matter what is the purpose, without their prior agreement.
• You will not introduce on the site, will not distribute or reproduce any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other confidential information without owner's agreement.
• You will not delete any of the original materials contained by the site.
• You will not introduce or transmit through this site by any ways materials that contain viruses, files or programs that interrupt, limit or destroy the hard/soft functionality of the computer.
• You will not modify, copy, translate, sell or adapt any of the materials contained by this site.
• You are the only responsible for the relations with other users. Customer Support Team has the right, but no obligation, to monitor the eventual disputes between users.

ONLINE INFORMATION. The opinions, advices, declarations, offers or any other information on this site belong exclusively to the user who introduce them. Aman2 team does not guarantee that this information is real, clear or useful and is not responsible for other users opinions. Also, we are not responsible for the eventual loses or troubles caused to the users who rely on this information.

WARNING. It is possible that other users send you offending, aggressive or obscene messages. It is also possible that other users find out confidential information about you and use them for harassing or offending you. Customer Support Service is not responsible for your decision of revealing personal information. We advise you to choose carefully the information you share with other users.

Aman2.ro team reserves the right, but has no obligation to keep an evidence of all materials introduced on the site. Also, aman2 team has the right, but no obligation to delete any material that violates the rules of the present Agreement. Each member is the only responsible for the content of the materials he/she introduces and for the content of private messages.

COPYRIGHT POLICY. All users must respect the property and privacy rights of other members. Once you introduce a material on the site, you guarantee that you are the owner or that you have owner's permission. If you attach a photo to your profile, you agree to give us the copyright for that photo. In case you notice that a copy of a personal material is avaiable on the site without your agreement or that the law of copyright has been violated, please inform us immediately. Don't forget to mention the following:

• a description of that material
• the location where you found the material
• your address, phone number and email address

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBERS. When you fill in the registration form, you agree that we use this information to create your profile. Certain information such as password and email address will not be available on the site. You must respect our policy regarding security and confidentiality.

NON-GUARANTEES. Aman2.ro offers this service as it is, but does not offer any guarantees for:

• the security of users
• eventual errors, interruptions or loss of connection
• eventual dislikes regarding the aspect and the functionality of the site
• eventual malfunctions of the telephone line or any other malfunctions that interrupt your connection to Internet

OWNER'S NOTE. Aman2.ro is the property of MachTeam Soft SRL.. All the materials on this site are the property of MachTeam Soft SRL. The copying, translation or use for any purpose without the owner's agreement will be sanctioned according to the law and to the present Agreement.

GENERAL INFORMATION. The conformation to this Agreement according to the mentioned terms and conditions is obligatory for all users, with no exception. Any violation of this Agreement is sanctioned according to our decision or according to the law. We can cancel your account or interdict your access to this service at any moment.

In the registration form, each user certifies that he/she has read the present Agreement and agrees to entirely respect the terms and conditions.
